Healing Circles

Welcome beautiful soul,

This may be a first time for you, or it may be something you’ve implemented into yourself healing journey. In these ceremonies, we are able to gather together, set an intention and sacred space and use plant medicine to open levels of our conscious mind in which we can access and release trauma to do deeper healing, find our purpose, work on or recieve more clarity on a specific situation and/or deepen our connection with self and others. Our main priority is to keep you safe and feeling supported throughout this experience. I invite you to really tune into your intention for this night.

Setting Intentions

The importance of setting a proper intention allows you to direct your energy towards a specific purpose or topic that you would like to bring more awareness to. Guidance in creating an intention. Are there any challenges or hardships you are facing at the moment? Perhaps setting the intention of having the medicine show you what lessons and insight you can learn from this OR how you can change your perspective to recieve a better understanding of the situation. ex. I would like to understand the root of why I feel angry at times. Is there a feeling or an emotion you would like to harvest more of? For example: I intend to experience receiving and giving love. I intend to find forgiveness for myself and others with grace. If perhaps you feel as if you don't have an exact challenge that you are facing but still feel stuck, or stagnant in your life and seeking for enlightenment or fulfillment than you may want an intention along the lines of: I intend to see and release whatever blockages I have to become the highest version of myself.


Examples of intentions can be
working through a pattern
finding ways to connect deeper with others. 
rediscovering pieces of yourself that have felt dormant, 
loving yourself 


    Questions to guide you in finding your intention. 
    • What are you looking to gain from this journey?
    • How do you want to build relationships with loved ones, strangers, acquaintances?
    • Are there obstacles keeping you from fully finding your purpose and wholeness? Where do you want to be financially?
    • How do you want to feel every day?
    • How do you want to show up for other people and yourself?
    • what do you think you can use a little more of… maybe patience, courage, strength, attentiveness, kindness, compassion, empathy?
    • What do you see when you look into the mirror?
    • Are there parts of you that remain in the shadow?
    • what emotions do you feel you have that want to be expressed? (Close your eyes and center your attention to your heart. Asking yourself "what trapped emotions want to come to the surface."


    What to expect
    What to expect during a healing experience is dependent on your intention and how much resistance you have to change. If there is deep rooted trauma that is being called to surface so that it could be healed, we can see it express itself in many different ways. There is no right or wrong way to experience journeying.
    If you are coming with childhood, sexual or physical trauma. At times we will see trauma reveal itself through anger, sadness, frustration, aggression, disassociation and other different feelings. Sometimes we may embody different ages in times in our life in which we were not able to process the trauma that occurred, and we can find ourselves stuck in this loop or emotional turmoil in which we are present self is returned back to that state to heal the unresolved emotions that were imprinted in the mind, body and soul. If at one point in our lives, we reached a low enough vibration in which we have ever succumbed to not wanting to live or being so tormented inside we may find ourselves having entity attachments. Entity attachments feed off of fear and fear is the worst enemy of man. We come to these journeys being ready and vulnerable to looking at the deep trauma that we have faced, knowing and trusting that we as perfectly divine beings do not have to carry any of the burdens that we were given in this lifetime. Sometimes that means that some journeys will be more difficult than others. Maybe we are being asked to just have more compassion for ourselves, perhaps soothing our inner child for everything she/he went through growing up. Maybe we are asked to forgive those who have hurt us and find a way to make peace by filling those pains and voids with love. If you truly want to heal those pains, these are the journeys that bring the most transformation in your life to open the doors to feeling hope and beginning to trust yourself enough to know that you can live in the world that you desire when you begin to take control of how you see and reactive to what occurs in your life. 
    If you are coming to expand your consciousness, seek your why and purpose. This vast universe contains many secrets of creation. We are all infinite beings and when our intention is to tap into the unknown, the everything and nothing, the number of possibilities become endless. We become students and teachers of life; we open the veil to revealing what it is to be connected to everything. A journey centered in finding your why may very well bring up a remembrance of all the things you have ever loved, or desired. You may ponder your very existence and begin to understand what brings you joy in this lifetime. 
    If you are coming to recieve connection, this medicine is the embodiment of connection. In every intention and experience, you will see that connection is one of the many healing factors and gifts of this medicine. The extraordinary manner of how nature communicates helps us understand how magical mycelium is. As its fungal threads spread, they begin connecting with multiple plants and trees, creating webs known as ‘mycorrhizal networks’. These networks allow communication and the exchange sugars, nutrients, water and more. They influence the survival, growth, reproduction and behavior of all the conscious live connected to it. The beautiful thing about this is that everything is energy including us, we too have the ability to tap into these networks, expand them and connect with each other and nature to assist us and each other in healing. We are able to access empathy and really begin to recognize what energy feels like including our own energetic signatures. 
    How to prepare
    After finding your intention, the best way to prepare yourself mentally, physically, and emotionally is to begin to detox. A clean predominantly alkaline based diet will be best for two days prior to journey space. In a daily basis our consumption of artificial and excess amount of sugar, heavy metals, artificial chemicals and meats that have not been sourced locally and organic can cause a lot of distress in our bodies and exert a lot of energy to digest. They also spiritually can weigh us down as we are consuming their energy as well. An Alkaline diet promotes health, energy, and helps fight against dis-ease and illness. 

    Drink a lot of water at least a gallon a day. Adding a lemon or a little baking soda will also help it alkaline it. Be kind and easy on yourself, even if you cannot keep the dieta perfect. At the end of the day the most important thing is for you to have a sacred beautiful experience.

    Be gentle with what you feed your beautiful minds. Take some time to journal what your intentions are. What you would like the medicine to bring you more clarity on. Listen, watch and partake in activities that will motivate, encourage, and bring good mental health, joy, and grace into your life. The days prior it is helpful to really take on self-care and me time. Baths, quiet reflective time, soft music, yoga, breath work, holding yourself and thanking your body for embarking on this journey with you. This is powerful heart medicine and is incredible gateway to opening up to deep healing. Smile to yourself and thank yourself for being courageous to do the work.
    Post Journey

    To replenish the body, it is recommended to consume foods that are high in tryptophan. Tryptophan is an essential amino acid used to make proteins. The body converts some to 5-HTP, to NAD and to serotonin. This hormone is responsible for boosting mood, memory, sleep, digestion and reducing stress and hormonal imbalance.

    Some of these foods include fruits, vegetables, fish, nuts, grains and legumes. Please search up high serotonin foods and try to incorporate that in your diet. 

    JOURNAL about your experience, talk about your experience, meditate about your experience. The next few days you will be contemplating on the feelings, thoughts, visuals that you received. That is our subconscious mind communicating to us. Without judgment really take time to process what those messages could mean to you. The way we recieve a message is dependent on every individual.

    For example, seeing an elephant trying to crawl into a tiny hole may mean to you that opportunities that you are given are unattainable. This same image could mean to someone else that they feel like they don't fit in. My point is, when you begin to write your visual experiences and dreams down, you can begin to contemplate the meaning it has in your life. 

    Reach out and ask for help if you get stuck. This is a community, a family. We are all here to support each other through these processes. Remember that when you expand your communities and create tribes, you strengthen your foundation and root chakra. Together we grow stronger in spirit, love and service. 

    Cleanse, Cleanse, Cleanse aware of your energetic body by cleansing it. 

    All interactions create an imprint in your energetic field, therefore clearing your field daily especially after ceremony ensures that you are able to sustain your physical, emotional and mental well-being. Truly the key to deep energetic healing isn’t only to be constantly getting rid of negative energy (although there will be times where a deep clean is required) but to become more centered in ourselves and resilient to different types of energy. Everything is energy and truthfully you are more prone to energetic attacks when you are in lower vibrational energy.

    The Benefits of Cleansing

    • Improved mental clarity: Cleansing your energy can help improve mental clarity and reduce feelings of anxiety and stress. When you declutter the everyday mind chatter, you are able to organize and better tune yourself for the answers you may be looking for.
    • Increased energy: Cleansing your energy can help increase your overall energy levels, making it easier to tackle daily tasks and responsibilities.

    Practices to cleanse oneself

    • Meditation: Meditation is a simple and effective way to cleanse your energy. Meditation also gives us a chance to quiet our mind and declutter thoughts. This is a beautiful tool to connect with ourselves and filter out what isn't serving us. Meditation increases creativity, patience, self-awareness and expands our perspective. It also brings us peace, improves sleep and connects us to a higher purpose. Find a quiet place where you can sit or lie down, close your eyes, and focus on your breath.
    • Visualization: Visualization is another great way to cleanse your energy. Close your eyes and imagine a bright white light surrounding you, washing away any negative energy. Repeat " I am in my highest embodiment of energy, anything that is less than love is to be released now and returned to source."
    • Essential oils: Essential oils can also be used to cleanse your energy. Try using essential oils like lavender, sage, or eucalyptus to help purify your energy and promote a sense of calm.
    • Crystals: Crystals are believed to have healing properties and can be used to cleanse your energy. Try carrying a clear quartz crystal with you or placing one under your pillow while you sleep. Some other crystals that can be used for cleansing and protection are labradorite, tourmaline, obsidian, smokey quartz, tigers' eye etc.
    • Nature: Spending time in nature can also help cleanse your energy. Take a walk in the park, go for a hike, or simply sit outside and enjoy the sounds of nature.  Spending time in nature allows us to take space from our environmental stressors and ground back into the source of life. Being in nature lowers cortisol (stress hormone), reduces heart rate, improves mood, boosts immunity, and helps us expand spiritually. I recommend putting your hands and/or feet on to the earth and affirm " I release now all energies that do not serve my highest good at this time, releasing all energies that weigh me and asking Pachamama to transmute them. Thank you, I love you" It is wonderful to try this as your feet sit in a riverbed. 
    • Sleep: It is vital for us to have a sufficient amount of rest to assure that our body is regenerating. Sleep is associated to healthy immune system, cognitive function, improved mood and health. 
    • Cleansing Herbs: Try burning sage or other herbs to cleanse your space of negative energy. Light the sage, let it smolder, and use a feather or your hand to waft the smoke into the air.     • Sound healing: The second universal law, the law of vibration, posits that everything (every atom, object, and living thing) is in constant motion, vibrating at a specific frequency.     There is a channel on Youtube that is called Sapien Medicine that also has plenty of frequencies that you can use to clear and raise your vibration. 

    You can also clear your energy using drums, chimes, flutes, etc.

    • Cleansing Bath: Water is a magical master cleanser. Using any body of water, whether it be outdoors or in a shower or bath you are able to connect with the energy and element of water to clear and cleanse your energetic body as well as the physical body. As you allow the water to run down your body or as you are sitting in the water set the intention to release all energies that are dense, stagnant and of lower vibration to be transmuted and released by the water that holds you now.

    Detoxifying and restorative plant bath recipe:

    1 cup of Epson salt
    1 cup of Himalayan salt
    1 cup of sodium bicarbonate 3-4 drops of essential oil of choice any choice
    For every gallon add 2-4 cups of your choice or herbs to blend 

    Acknowledge and show gratitude towards every herb you choose to use for its healing abilities and support. You can add Florida water and tobacco leaves as well for protection.
