Healing Process

When we begin to listen to our body, it will reveal to us areas in which we hold emotions and memories. A kind reminder of how we are spiritual beings as much as we are emotional and physical beings. I am dedicated in helping you find your energetic alignment by connecting you with your body and emotions. 

In a meditative state, we work together with your mind, body, spirit, and heart to explore and release stuck emotions, old belief patterns, and constructs that are limiting you from being the best version of yourself. Each process we peel more and more layers of our trauma, and we can begin to cultivate forgiveness, compassion, peace, harmony, gratitude, faith and most importantly self-love. This can result in transformational experiences, deep healing, a commence in finding our soul's purpose, and even resolving long term/short term physical pain and dis-ease amongst many other benefits. 

What do these processes look like?

First we book a consultation, intention forming and looking to see how we feel about the areas in our life. ( This can take from 1-2 hours) 

A healing process or transformation session will begin with a consultation in which we get to know each other... we discuss areas in our life that we are looking to improve on, or areas that we may be having current challenges and blockages. These areas can be in our family relations, our career, our romantic relationships, our self-image, our responsibilities, and etc. Then we discuss your intention. This could be "I want to reconnect with my inner child and let myself experience joy and curiosity." Before we even jump into a process, I will show you how to map your own patterns. A pattern is a reoccurring response to a situation or event. An example of a pattern could be you shutting down when someone scolds you. Patterns can be formed from a negative emotional impact due to a life event, experience, or transition in your life. We will then find 1-3 patterns that have most impacted your life and work on them over the course of selected months that is custom to every individual's needs.

Now you are ready for your first session- We will begin your first session exploring the intention you've formulated around the patterns we've looked at. (This can take about 3-4 hours, because this is a long process, I highly suggest clearing enough time to be able to rest afterwards as you still may be integrating your experience.)

I will be working with you to connect you back with your senses through stimulation. This is one of my favorite parts because you really get to re-discover different sensations, textures, smells, tastes and teaching you how to listen to your intuition. I find this to be a useful tool to become more connected and aware of the messages that you recieve and what your body, mind, spirit, and heart are trying to convey to you. This will be valuable to you during your session as well as it gives you a foundation of what your base sensory system is functioning at the moment, so it can be easier to detect and determine any changes in the body. 

The next step of the process is the Clearing Meditation to cleanse and clear your aura and body from dense and/or negative energies. This meditation will guide you into a theta state. Theta brain waves are a lower frequency band, meaning they’re typically more active when you’re in a restful state. This promotes deep relaxation, stress reduction, creativity, and imagination.   It is the state where you are between sleep and wakefulness.  This allows your subconscious mind to be malleable, unlock memories, and emotional experiences. Theta state is the ideal state to heal and reprogram your subconscious mind from a cellular level. 

I then begin to guide you through a body scan in which you identify what sensations arise. This can look like an itch, temperature changes, tingling, aches, pains etc. We then use intuition to determine where the root of the sensation is coming from. What comes up may be audible, visual, emotional, sensational. We will dive deeper and see if this is something from this lifetime, from a past life, or a pattern rooting and passed down through your ancestors. You will have the opportunity to learn a new perspective of your situation from the eyes of your higher self. The higher self is a term used to describe the part of us that is self-aware, conscious, accepting, and living through love. This part of us is always there but can be clouded at times by our egos, subconscious, or trauma we have experienced.

The end of the transformation process I will work with all the information and reflection that you received to help you create an outline to support the rest of your process. This outline will be guided towards creating practices for the mind, body, heart, and spirit. The process will continue to reveal more to you during the week and perhaps longer. This is a beautiful opportunity for you to check in with yourself and journal what comes up. We will have follow ups the week of your process integrating your process. Different challenges can be interconnected, one pattern may lead to healing and understanding another one.

I offer sound, aromatherapy, and reiki during the sessions if you desire. I look forward to commencing this journey with you. 

Am I the right fit for a healing process?

Any and every one can benefit from a healing process, I find a healing process to be a perfect tool for one to use to reconnect with themselves. Some will be seeking to do a process on transmuting a fear or perhaps even looking for relief on a part of the body that is feeling achy and tense. Others may want a process that is centered around feeling love or confidence within themselves. Listen to your heart and if you hear and feel the calling, it is for you!

 

Post Care

It is recommended to take care of yourself after a process like this by keeping your body hydrated, journaling or just taking time off to allow the information and experience to integrate. After every process, we will schedule a day the following 2 weeks to see how you are doing.

Disclaimer: These sessions are recorded for the purpose of documenting the participants progress and journey experience. These recordings are available and sent to the participant after their session and deleted at the request of the participant. The participant is able to record to their local device as well or invite an app to record for them. There will be a confidentiality agreement available to the participant before embarking on a process.

Healing Processes are a helpful resource for many physiological, psychological, and spiritual concerns.
